Image 1/7 The K2 job challenged us in both branding and web development. An ownable identity was needed along with a fully interactive website that would showcase the big plots of land being offered.
Image 2/7 In the preliminary stages of logo development, one concept that stood out was the idea of somehow visually representing the core of the company.
Image 3/7 A logo inspired by patchwork farmland seemed to be the right direction.
Image 4/7 In terms of tagline, we wanted something that capitalized on the rich, economically fertile land of St. Louis’ Metro-East. Land that Prospers did just that, along with setting a distinct tone for the brand.
Image 5/7 Once the look and feel were established, we then extended the new identity to needed collateral. Resulting was a neatly packaged brand.
Image 6/7 Now to the website. We wanted to captivate any potential buyers with beautiful photography and relevant functionality. The copy would build off of the tone established in the tagline. View website.
Image 7/7 Each property would be showcased with pertinent site details along with correlating Google Maps™ to allow users to see the layout of the offered land, along with its proximity to St. Louis. And so there you have it – the evolution of K2 Asset Development. View website.
