Your time is valuable. And so is ours. Pricing is one of those things we can dance around and around and around. We’ve learned that the hard way. So let’s get down to brass tacks.

12-month web marketing relationship: $2.5K/month – $7.5K/month

Your online presence works for you 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week and will more than likely be the first place your consumer gets to really know your brand. Not to mention, it won’t show up late or require any kind of 401K match. It should, and with us it will, work harder than even your best employee. At G76, we contract with many clients on a 12-month agreement, managing their brand daily online. This often includes social media work, blogging, a website rebuild, best search engine optimization practices, e-newsletter, infographics, miscellaneous design hours, etcetera, etc.

Small websites: $10K – $20K

So you know you need a website? But, you don’t need an extremely robust one. You’d like to make updates yourself, and the look and feel of the site are crucial to your brand’s development. Being relevant in search engines is a priority, and you want your site to work hard for you – it needs to be marketing smart. You’re more than likely a good fit for a small website.

Large websites: $25K – $60K

You’re a relatively large company and you’ve got lots you need to communicate on your website. Maybe it’s a large portfolio you want to showcase, or a strong listing of case studies. Perhaps your service offering is really diverse or you have locations all over the country, each of which needs to be highlighted. You more than likely qualify for a large website.

Web marketing corporate consultation: $10K+

You have a brand. You have a team to market your brand. It’s just that you don’t have the digital piece figured out yet. Don’t fret – we can help. Hire us to come in for a minimum of two days to learn about your brand and then write a strategy for your team to execute, as well as walk you through how to execute. Throughout the following year, we monitor and grade your progress, helping you maximize your investment.

Full-scale branding initiatives: $8K+

A strong brand starts with a strong brand identity. We deliver brands that are ownable, identifiable and informative. After our engagement, you’ll walk away with a brand platform/elevator speech, logo files, a brand descriptor/tagline, print-ready files for business papers, social skins and a style guide/brand standards.

Hosting, maintenance and reporting: $25/month – $500/month

A website isn’t static and is therefore not a one-and-done project. A website is a living and breathing thing. So we bill accordingly. Our costs are higher than commodity hosting because we rent dedicated servers and optimize them for the exact software you need. The first six months of hosting are included in the cost of the website build. After that, we determine an ongoing fee on a site-by-site basis.

Two factors affect the fee. The first is website complexity. Robust, database-driven sites push the server harder and require close monitoring and frequent software updates. So monitoring and maintenance hours are applied to each monthly bill. Simple websites are less demanding and therefore cost less to maintain. The second factor is how often you want to review website performance. We recommend monthly analytics reports on content effectiveness, traffic and goal conversions. We prefer to review these reports and make website recommendations in-person or over the phone.
