Ray Reader is a marketing strategist who brings equal parts creativity, structure and forward-thinking strategy to B2B marketing. He helps industrial brands modernize their approach by translating complex offerings into clear, compelling messaging and by building strategies that support long-term growth.
Ray began his career in-house at a precision machining contract manufacturer, where he led a three-generation family business to build a cohesive marketing foundation. From working alongside an outsourced agency to strengthening internal processes and go-to-market direction, he brought clarity, consistency and momentum to the company’s marketing efforts.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay, with an emphasis in applied communications and business administration.
Outside of work, Ray enjoys warm-weather travel, spending time with his husband and their 6-year-old mini goldendoodle, and cooking and hosting dinner parties with friends and family. As a true Chicago Bears fan, he’s always hoping this will be their year.
