Heather builds the strategic foundation that helps marketing move faster. She brings structure to complexity — quickly mastering technical products and aligning stakeholders around what customers value most. Never losing sight of organizations' end goals, she builds scalable systems that help businesses grow, optimize and adapt.

Before joining Gorilla 76, Heather served as sales and marketing director for a boutique country club in New Hampshire. She later moved into agency-side marketing operations and strategy roles, managing marketing strategy and operations for a portfolio of B2B, B2C and D2C companies, including industrial manufacturers navigating periods of rapid growth.

Heather earned a bachelor's degree in event management and administrative policy from the University of New Hampshire, with dual minors in business administration and justice studies.

Outside of work, Heather can usually be found reading by the ocean, searching for the best local espresso martini or catching live music. She also enjoys cooking for friends and family, usually with Bentley, her cavapoo, close by.
