Wes is the director of growth at Gorilla 76 — a role built around innovation, sales enablement and strategic business development. He still supports a select portfolio of client accounts, but his primary focus is sharpening the internal tools, processes and thinking that help industrial companies grow. That work includes leading clients through Gorilla's Road Map process, a deep discovery and strategic program design effort that connects marketing to real revenue outcomes. He came up as a solo marketer, building experience across strategy, video, graphic design and just about everything in between. That broad foundation now helps him connect ideas across disciplines, solve complex growth challenges and improve how Gorilla works. In 2025, he brought that expertise to Industrial Marketing Summit, where he led a sales enablement workshop titled "Level Up: Building Your Sales Enablement Roadmap."

Before joining Gorilla, Wes led marketing for a nationally recognized commercial construction company, giving him direct experience in the kind of industrial environment our clients operate in. He also interned at NFL Films — where he developed a sharp editorial eye for visual storytelling — and at Pella Windows and Doors.

Wes earned a bachelor's degree in communications from Ohio University. He lives in Columbus, Ohio, with his wife Kathryn, their son and three cats: Diva, Lucy and Prince. Outside of work, you'll find him serving at his local church or under a barbell.
