Grace is the VP of Innovation at Gorilla 76. She's spent more than 10 years marketing to engineers, plant managers and technical buyers on behalf of scores of manufacturers (packaging, equipment, power systems, coatings, automation, vision systems and more).

Now she leads the agency's work to innovate its operations and evolve its service offerings, using AI to make more ambitious work and results possible for our clients. She also facilitates Gorilla's EOS quarterly and annual planning sessions, and in 2026 was named one of the "100 St. Louisans to Know to Succeed in Business."

Grace's first run at Gorilla took her from copywriter to strategy director, managing the content team and leading strategy work for manufacturers along the way. She then spent two years at her family's commercial general contracting firm in St. Louis, where she helped the team drive a 418% increase in revenue over eight months. She returned to Gorilla in 2026.

Grace earned a bachelor's degree in English from Truman State University and completed the FOCUS St. Louis Women in Leadership program. She has volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters since 2018. Outside work, you'll find her outdoors with her husband and son or reading.
