Whether you just joined the team or are simply interested in what employment at Gorilla 76 LLC looks like, thanks for your interest.

At Gorilla, we help B2B companies in the manufacturing ecosystem grow through outcome-focused marketing programs. Our clients make the stuff that quietly drives commerce. We work strategically to deliver meaningful business outcomes for companies that do good in the world. We’re one of the few of our kind in the country, and our goal is to become the best. Learn more about what sets us apart in our manifesto.

The Gorilla 76 Employee Handbook serves as a guide to our policies, expectations and fully remote workplace culture. While it covers many important aspects of employment, it can’t anticipate every situation. If you ever have a question or need clarification, just ask – we’re here to help. Please note that our policies, procedures and benefits will evolve as we continue to grow.

And because our lawyers insist – we want to be clear that employment at Gorilla 76 is “at will.” This means either you or Gorilla 76 may end the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice. No one (other than the Founders explicitly in writing) may enter into any agreement granting employment for any specified period of time.

If you’re a new team member, we’ll ask you to sign an acknowledgement confirming that you understand the contents of this handbook.
