Whether you just joined the team or are simply interested in what employment at Gorilla 76 LLC looks like, thanks for your interest.
At Gorilla, we help B2B companies in the manufacturing ecosystem grow through revenue-focused marketing programs. Our clients make the stuff that quietly drives American commerce. We work strategically to deliver meaningful business outcomes for companies that do good in the world. We’re one of the few of our kind in the country, and our goal is to become the best. Learn more about what sets us apart in our manifesto.
The Gorilla 76 Employee Handbook is designed to be an informational guide for you. It outlines many of our policies and practices and tells you what you may expect — and what we expect from you. It can’t cover every possible work-related situation, so talk with us if you have a question or need clarification about any issue. Keep in mind that we may modify or discontinue any of the procedures, practices, policies and benefits described.
And finally, our lawyers want us to note that employment is not for any specific time period. It’s “at will.” This means that either you or Gorilla 76 may end the relationship at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice. No one here (other than the Founders explicitly in writing) may enter into any agreement granting employment for any specified period of time.
So please read up. If you’re a new Gorilla, we’ll ask you to sign and return a form telling us that you understand the contents.
Welcome to Gorilla! We’re looking forward to having you on the team.
